If only it grew on trees...

 

It's snowing outside where we are, it couldn't be any further from fruit season if it tried. The trees don't have leaves on - let alone fruits.

 

The best thing to do is take the opportunity to hone your brewing skills on a Guiness-style stout or a well balanced Shiraz... we just finished making a crisp gooseberry wine for tasters in our shop. There might not be fruit on the trees but don't let that deter you... Get practicing for Feb-brew-ary!
