Anyone for Pimms?

With the sun shining and Wimbledon being the main topic of conversation we tried our hand at making some Pimms. Using a Spirit Base Kit we fermented sugar and water to 20% ABV and added a Summer Cup spirit essence. The process takes about 2 weeks - a much quicker turnaround than some of the country wines.

The results were refreshingly summery and delicious and we all wanted a second one!
